Day 11: Plan B

What started as an experiment in slow shutter photography ended up as a tribute to bokeh. I started trying to light paint with Christmas lights but that failed miserably due to the lack of control with a string of lights and the shots were a blurry mess. I'll have to get proper LED lights for my next attempt, but the Christmas lights inspired the shot you see above. My photojournalism TA was an ardent champion of alternative light sources and his preaching really stuck with me. Although these pictures may be harder to take, they almost always stands out.
