
I'm on a pretty strict diet right now to go along with my rather strenuous interval training. However, once a week, I get to cheat on my diet with whatever I want. This particular week I chose my hands down, favorite Korean dish, 감자탕 (gam ja tang), which is basically a pork bone & potato soup. Although the Korean BBQ may look more appetizing, but you won't be disappointed if you try it. The best part is after you finish eating the soup, there's an option to use a bit of the remaining soup to make a friend rice and man oh man is it good.
